Daniel McDonald has practiced civil litigation in Southern California for 37 years.   He has litigated thousands of negligence cases and has completed dozens of trials and hundreds of

arbitrations/mediations.  He has evaluated numerous catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.  He can quickly review your case and identify the obstacle to resolution, assess the strengths and weaknesses of the case and provide you with a fair and accurate evaluation for purposes of assisting you in settling your client's case.  Since starting Affordable-ADR in mid-2021 Mr. McDonald has conducted over 300 mediations and he has a 98% settlement rate, so he is not only affordable he is also effective. Mr. McDonald is selected equally by members from both the defense and plaintiff bar to serve as mediator.
